Dear 21,

I'm going to talk a little about your original character, because I have seen very little Neos and I know you switched roles with him somewhere between your introduction and the TV series.

Canon says you're a veteran in the Space Security Department. The SSD is awesome, but I'm biased. If my memory serves, every Showa Ultra sent to Earth was under that division, bar one. And for all that, your specialty seems to be subterfuge, shifting from one form to another to monitor and assist Neos during his time on Earth. Occasionally I wonder if it's just a Red Ultra thing.

Were you as hotblooded as Neos when you were starting out, sometime way, way before the 21st century you were ostensibly named after? And while we were on the subject...Stationary Post Observer 340 and all aside, do you really name your children after numbers? I bet your actual name is something awesome. Someone has to put out a name dictionary for this kind of thing.

I wonder what battles you have fought. And what wisdom you could impart, given the chance. For now, have fun chasing Neos around. And...try not to confound the poor boy too much.

ネオスはあんまり観たことないし、初登場とシリーズの間に彼と役割を変わったので、少しもとの性格についても語る。

設定によると君は宇宙保安庁のベテラン戦士。
保安庁はすごいなぁ。偏っているけど。
記憶が正しければ、一人を除いて地球に派遣された昭和設定の戦士はみんなその下で働いている。
とは言え君の得意なものは情報活動。ネオスを見守り助けながら色んな姿から別の姿へ変身してきた。
レッド族の得意かな？

君は若いころ、戦い始めているネオスのように情熱に燃えていたのか？担っているはず２１世紀の遠く前に。
話のついでに　恒点観測員340号をのぞいてウルトラ族は本当に番号らしい名前を子供につけますか？
本当の名前はすごいでしょうにね。
氏名辞書とかはでないかな。

どんな風に戦ってきたんでしょう。
どんな知恵を分け合えるでしょう。
とりあえず今の間、ネオスを追いかけるのをよろしく。
